Details to be confirmed

Summer Drumming 2016

Free Summer Drumming Sessions  Mondays 15th and 22nd August.

Location Next to Canal at Campbell Park. MK9 4AD takes you to Cricket Pitch and we will be nearer the canal.

There is a small carpark by the canal and if full, spaces opposite Cricket pitch.

Bring a drum and stool/chair. If you need to borrow a drum book one via contact us page, before 5pm.

Start at 7.30pm till sun down.

If it is pouring with rain at 7.30pm then we will not drum outdoors, come to my room at Festive Road, 28 Burners Lane, Kiln Farm, MK11 3HB , instead.

If it starts raining after 7.30pm then there is an underpass opposite the cricket pitch we can go to. Underpass drumming sounds great.

Summer Drumming 2015

While the Group takes a break from Drumming at our usual location at Stantonbury Campus, we like to enjoy our drumming in the 'open air' and play at various locations in Milton Keynes.

Many of us really can't go 6 weeks without drumming, so we meet informally and drum in the 'sun', or should it rain, we find the nearest tree or underpass.

In 2015 we want as many people as possible in Milton Keynes, to see what we do and join us, African Drumming really is great fun.

Every Monday starting 20th July 2015 (NO Drumming on Bank Holidays)

Time 7.30pm - sunset ,

We will be drumming in the open area in front of Milton Keynes Railway Station (near the bike sheds), Elder Gate, MK9.

Drumming is FREE (only £2 Drum Hire for session), Parking is free after 6pm

Come and join us and have a try at African Drumming, everyone welcome, if you are under 15 years old you will need an adult to accompany you.

We will have a couple of spare djembe drums with us each week, but to be sure of a drum to use, please reserve one by calling me (Annie) or text me on 07906 227097 (withheld numbers are not answered) Only £2 per drum hire per session.
